When you purchase a lift chair from us you get our one-year in-home service contract at no extra charge. By offering only Pride Mobility and Golden lift chairs we can assure our customers the level of service and support they desire and deserve. -
Question Are there any hidden charges? Answer NO, the pricing for lift chairs you see on our site is all you will pay. It includes the following: 1 year in-home service both parts and labor. Shipping (continental US). -
Question When will my lift chair arrive? Answer All of our lift chairs are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you choose a lift chair that is in stock, it will arrive at your home in 3 to 6 business days. If your selection is not in stock it will be built for you. Present manufacturing times are 7 to 15 business days. Shipping will take and additional 2 to 7 business days. -
Question What happens if I need warranty service? Answer Your lift chair will come with a full manufacturer warranty plus a one year in-home service contract paid for by us. Both parts and labor are covered for the first full year you have your lift chair. If you need service you simply call the 800 number supplied with your lift chair. A service representative will be scheduled to come repair your lift chair. -
Question When will my lift chair or Toilet Seat Lift arrive? Answer The arrival date will vary depending on the model you select and where you live. Very often we have the lift chair you desire in stock and you can have it in just a few days. If the chair has to be built it will take from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. -
Question What is included in the in-home set up? Answer Pride chairs the unit is shipped directly to you. Once the unit arrives you call the set up person and they will take the unit out of the box, assemble the back, connect the power transformer, put in the 2 9 volt back up batteries (you need to supply these), haul off the box and provide basic instructions. Golden chairs the unit is shipped to the installer who makes an appointment, brings the chair with them, puts the unit on the first floor where you would like it, plugs the unit in and tests to make sure the unit works properly. -
Question What happens when the unit is shipped to a senior retirement center? Answer For a Pride chair the unit is delivered to the loading dock. If you order set up a tech will come to the facility take it out of the box and deliver to the room, plug the unit in and provide basic instructions. On a Golden chair the unit is also delivered to the dock. If you order set up the tech will bring the unit with him, deliver to the specified room and provide basic instructions. If you do not order set-up the unit is shipped to the dock and you would need to arrange with maintenance or a family member to bring the unit to the room.
